Have the third job appraisal of my life today and don't know why it doesn't excite...May be because I know no matter whatever happens it will be disappointing because of the way its done.

Just 4 years old career and appraisals have turned boring :(


Surprise surprise ..I guess it was last years  effect thats why I was little off but the meeting went good.. infact better than expected.


Why the hell I expect, when I don't expect I am usually surprised :)
